Single Touch Payroll
Single Touch Payroll was implemented by the Australian Government to limit the burden of business’ reporting to government organisations.With STP, the employees’ payroll information is reported to us each time you pay them through STP-basedsoftware. Payroll data includes:
- 1. Salaries and compensation
- 2. Pay as you go (PAYG) withholding
- 3. Superannuation
STP is compulsory for all businesses from 1 July 2021. ATO may impose strict penalties for not complying with the STP.
